You have two choices when accessing your JMAFCU accounts electronically:

SAFE Mobile App (Mobile Banking)

Convenience on the Go!

Wherever you are, you will have easy access to your JMAFCU accounts with our quick and convenient Mobile Banking App.

SAFE Mobile (Mobile Banking), our free mobile device app, can be found in your App Store under ‘JM Associates Federal Credit Union’. The password you selected previously has already synced with SAFE Mobile. (If you do not own a smartphone, call us and we will set you up with SAFE Audio.)

iPhone

To download the latest JMAFCU SAFE Mobile iPhone App, visit the iPhone App Store and follow the simple online instructions. Search for JM Associates. Not only can you download it to your iPhone, but to your iPod Touch, and iPad, as well!

Android

To get the latest Android App, just be sure your phone runs on Google’s Android operating system (2.1 or higher) before downloading it at the Android Marketplace.

SAFE IB (Internet Banking)

Home Page Log In (Top Right Corner)

Convenient Features Include:

  • Electronically manage your deposit and loan accounts.

  • View your current deposit and loan account balances and several months of transaction history for each account.

  • Transfer funds between your JMAFCU accounts.

  • Set up regularly scheduled transfers

  • Send money to other JMAFCU accountholders.

  • Mobile Deposit (Mobile App only) Allows you to deposit checks with the snap of a picture.

    All checks deposited using Mobile Deposit are to be restrictively endorsed prior to scanning as follows: For Mobile Deposit Only Account # JMAFCU Payees Signature

  • E-Statements -register to receive and store your account statements electronically.

  • SAFE BP (Bill Pay), a free service, allows you to pay bills electronically.

  • Tax Information is readily available electronically.

  • Member Alerts (under the My Profile dropdown) notify you of activity on your account.

  • Locations and Rates show surcharge-free ATMs anywhere in the U.S.

  • And much more

First-Time User under the Login; button at the left-hand corner of the home page for SAFE IB or SAFE Mobile. You will be transferred to the Reset Password page. Enter your username (member number) and follow the secured prompts.

Note: Once the password is updated, the same password is used to access both SAFE IB and SAFE Mobile.

SAFE BP

SAFE BP is the optional Bill Pay feature of SAFE IB which allows you to pay bills electronically through your personal computer or mobile device rather than writing and mailing checks. The bill payment service also allows for the scheduling of recurrent payments and verification of past payments.

SAFE BP is a service offered with no monthly fees.

JMCard SAFE

JMCard SAFE is a Mobile Banking App that allows you to manage and secure your Visa Credit and CheckCards and receive usage notification alerts.


Web Payments Center

Securely make payments to your JMAFCU accounts from other financial institutions.


SAFE Audio

SAFE Audio allows you access to your JMAFCU account information from a touch-tone telephone with a Personal Identification Number (PIN). A PIN is your "signature" and is your authorization to complete the inquiry. SAFE Audio is available to access your JMAFCU accounts 7 days a week, almost 24 hours a day.

It’s safe and secure. Accessing your account through SAFE Audio is controlled by your PIN. Your PIN is a four digit security code that only you know and no one else can get information or transact business on your account without it. Once a PIN is issued to a member, only you may change it. You have the option to change your PIN any time you call in and access SAFE Audio.

Here's What SAFE Audio Can Do For You:

Account Inquiries

  • Shares: Current and available balances

  • Certificates: Current balance, dividend rates, and maturity dates

  • Loans: Current balances, available balances, interest per diem, loan payoff, next payment amount, and next due date

  • Statement Information: For last few transactions on a sub account, to see if a specific check cleared, last few transactions, dividends, and interest paid

  • Transactions: SAFE Audio allows you to transfer funds between Share Accounts or to transfer from Share Accounts to your Loan Accounts

  • Member liability for use by an unauthorized person: If you believe your PIN has been stolen or used by an unauthorized person, you must report this to us at once. You may also want to change your PIN immediately by directly calling SAFE Audio. If you notify us within two business days from the time someone uses your account without permission, you can lose no more than $50.00. If you do not notify us within two business days after you learn of the theft of your PIN, and we prove that we could have stopped someone from using your PIN without your permission if you had notified us, you could lose up to $500.00

  • SAFE Audio Disclosure: This disclosure is pursuant to the Federal Electronic Funds Transfer Regulation. The use of your SAFE Audio PIN is subject to the stated regulations covering the rights and liabilities of the user and JM Associates Federal Credit Union

  • Credit Union Liability: We are liable for any losses or damages you may incur if we do not properly complete a transfer to or from your account according to our agreement with you, with these exceptions: We are NOT liable if, through no fault of the credit union, your account does not contain enough money to make the transfer; or if SAFE Audio was not working properly and you were aware of this when you began the transaction
